CCI has been in the business of writing flexible, cost-effective solutions and fulfilling its vision of delivering exceptional customer service since 1984.
The founder and President, Richard Chaves, started the company by implementing the first multi-user computing system in Eastern Oregon and writing software solutions to serve city, county and state agencies, taking them from manual to electronic solutions. The CEO, Kathleen Chaves, joined CCI in 1993, leaving IBM and bringing with her in-depth business process design and customer service skills.
Headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, CCI serves entities throughout the United States. We have a long history and reputation of developing business solutions and providing the services that meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. Just ask them!
